安裝後Forefront Identity Manager Synchronization Service無法啟動。
Event ID: 6211
Error message: The service was unable to start because the version of the database does not match the version of the product.
原本以為必須配合升級到 MSSQL 2008 Service Pack3 (Download link)，但是安裝後Forefront Identity Manager Synchronization Service還是無法啟動。
找到這一篇解法，將User Profile Service, User Profile Synchronization Service兩個都stop，再重新start就可以恢復了。
另一個錯誤訊息。

Error message: The mount operation for the gatherer application d05b5bca-564e-479c-9e06-dcb329242a49-crawl-0 has failed because the schema version of the search gatherer database is less than the minimum backwards compatibility schema version supported for this gatherer application. The database might not have been upgraded.
解法：用 administrator 執行 psconfig -cmd upgrade (參考這一篇)
