Status:
lpq: [printer] is not ready.
Solution:
1. edit /etc/cups/printers.conf and find these lines.
State Stopped
StateMessage /usr/lib/cups/backend/lpd failed
2. replace with this line.
State Idle
3. restart print service: service cups restart
