USB flash 無法寫入 Solution

Reference:
Event ID 11 logged when plugging storage device into any USB port

狀況：
USB flash 無法寫入，拿到另一台 PC 可正常讀寫。

Event log:
Event ID 11. The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk2\DR2.

Solution:
到裝置管理員，將 USB controller 全部解除安裝後重開機。
