SSH Hostkeyverification failed

錯誤訊息：
WARNING: REMOTE HOST IDENTIFICATION HAS CHANGED!
IT IS POSSIBLE THAT SOMEONE IS DOING SOMETHING NASTY!
Someone could be eavesdropping on you right now (man-in-the-middle attack)!

可能的原因：
多台機器用同一個FQDN做load balance。

解法：
1. 編輯 ~/.ssh/known_hosts，刪除那一筆FQDN
2. 編輯 .ssh/config (或者/etc/ssh/ssh_config)，加入 StrictHostKeyChecking no
